PRINT ON DEMAND: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What should I do if I forget my username and password?

To recover your username and password, visit the portal’s main page and click the “forgot username/password” link. To reset your username and password, or to change the main contact on your store’s account, contact Specialized Printed Products at printing@sppdirect.com or 260-483-7075.

2. How much does it cost to use the portal?

While each partner is responsible for the costs of the materials they have printed through the portal, the portal itself is a free service to all Best-One partners. If you have questions, please contact John Zarse at info@sppdirect.com.

3. Will I be able to approve a proof of my order before it is actually printed?

Yes! A pdf proof will be emailed to you, and production will not continue until you approve it.

4. How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, contact Specialized Printed Products at printing@sppdirect.com or 260-483-7075.

5. What should I do if I have a question about my order after I receive it?

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included on most items. If you have a question about shipping on a specific item please call our office260-483-7075. Shipping costs will be a separate line item on your invoice.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The length of time it will take to print and produce your order is dependent upon the product you select but most items will ship in 3 - 4 business days after approval of proof. If you have a “rush” project and need it before the time projected, or if you have questions about shipping, please contact Specialized Printed Products at printing@sppdirect.com or 260-483-7075.

8. Can I reorder my last order, or do I have to fill out a new form?

If you do not have any changes to a previous order, you can place a straight reorder. To do this call us at 260-483-7075 or email at printing@sppdirect.com.

9. When will I receive my invoice if I have chosen to have an invoice sent to me?

An invoice will be mailed to you when your order is shipped. If you would like to make other invoicing arrangements, please contact Specialized Printed Products at printing@sppdirect.com or 260-483-7075.

10. Can I pay with a credit card at the time I place my order?

Yes, credit card payments can be made at the time you place your order by calling us at 260-483-7075.

11. What if I can’t find what I need on this portal? Can I do a special order?

Yes! If you can’t find the product you need to have printed in the portal, please contact printing@sppdirect.com or 260-483-7075. Additionally, please feel free to contact the Best-One marketing team with your printing needs, John Zarse at info@sppdirect.com. We will work with you to help you find a solution.

12. If have a question regarding my logo or general questions about the Best-One brand standards, who should I contact?

13. Can I recommend additional items to be offered on this portal?

Absolutely! This portal in intended to be a tool for Best-One partners, and we want it to be as useful and effective as possible. Any suggestions or comments can be directed to John Zarse at info@sppdirect.com.

14. What is a QR Code?

A QR code is a two-dimensional matrix barcode that can be scanned and read by a smartphone. QR codes are easy to create and can be printed on your promotional materials, business cards, billboards, and ads. When a customer “scans” your store’s QR code with a smartphone, they will be directed to your website (or whatever webpage you tie to the QR code).

15. Some of the forms on the portal have a “duplicate form” option. What is this, and why would I need it?

Many of the forms available on the portal have a “duplicate form” option. With a “duplicate form” option, your form will be two attached pages, and anything you write on the top page will be transferred to the second page. This allows you to create a “copy” of the form for either recordkeeping or to give to your customer.
